Shipping Coverage
Ataay currently ships exclusively within the province of Ontario, Canada.
We do not ship to other provinces or internationally at this time.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
During peak periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take up to 4–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a second email with tracking information once your package has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address in Ontario.
Typical delivery times:

Greater Toronto Area (GTA): 2–4 business days
Rest of Ontario: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or carrier constraints.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are not permitted.
Because we process orders quickly to ensure freshness and fast shipping, all orders become final as soon as they are placed.
If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at ataayfoods@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist—provided the order has not yet shipped.
Packaging & Product Protection
Your Ataay peanut and almond butter pouches are carefully packed to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us immediately.
Order Changes & Address Issues
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at ataayfoods@gmail.com.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified.
Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please email us at ataayfoods@gmail.com, and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier.
