1. What makes Ataay different?

Ataay offers premium almond and peanut butters made in small batches in Ontario.
 We use only three natural ingredients: nuts, coconut oil, and flaky salt, nothing else.

2. What ingredients are in Ataay products?

Our nut butters contain only natural ingredients:

  • Roasted nuts (almond or peanut)

  • Coconut oil

  • Flaky salt

No preservatives, no added sugars, no stabilizers.

3. Why is there some oil separation in the pouch?

Oil separation is completely natural because we don’t use emulsifiers or stabilizers.
 It’s proof of a clean, natural product.

4. What should I do before opening the pouch?

Before enjoying your Ataay pouch, we recommend:

  1. Massaging or kneading the pouch for 10–20 seconds

  2. Shaking it well

This blends the natural oils back into the butter for a smooth, creamy texture.

5. How should I store the pouch?

Keep your Ataay pouch in a cool, dry place; no refrigeration is needed.

6. Are Ataay products vegan?

All Ataay nut butters are 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly.

7. Are they gluten-free?

Our nut butters are gluten-friendly. However, they are produced in a facility where wheat may also be processed. If you have a severe gluten allergy or celiac disease, please review our allergen statement before consuming.

8. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Ontario, Canada.

9. How long does shipping take?

Typically:

  • GTA: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of Ontario: 3–7 business days

10. What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please email us at ataayfoods@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll take care of it right away.

11. Can kids consume Ataay nut butters?

Absolutely, but nut butters are not recommended for children under 1 year old.
Always consider family allergy history before introducing nut products.

Our smaller pouch formats are perfect for kid-friendly snacks.

12. Are you planning on launching new products?

Yes, and this is just the beginning. We have plenty of ideas for you to enjoy peanut butter and almond butter in so many different ways.
